Terms and Conditions
For Guaranteed Ezi Money Back Plans:
- Amount minus the service fees of Rs. 249 (499 for Ezi Plan) will be refunded.
- Amount minus the service fees of Rs. 499 (2999 for Ezi moneyback) will be refunded.
- If you decide to discontinue the plan after 3 months of payment, Amount minus the service fees of Rs. 999 (5,999 for Realezi moneyback) will be refunded.
- Commission mentioned above are for property valued less than 1cr only, all property greater than 1cr will be flat 1 % only.
- Refund has to be claimed within a week of plan expiry or end of three months
- The sale deed should match the requirement given to Realezi. Realezi will verify the claim, this may include physical visit of the property premises.
- For claiming the refund, you just need to submit a valid copy of your sale deed, if closed via others.
- The property price in the sale deed should be equal or higher than the one given to Realezi relationship manager at the time of plan subscription.

Terms and Conditions
For Ezigo Guaranteed Money back Plans:
- 100% Guaranteed refund can be claimed within 1 week in case of plan expiry and property not getting rented out via Realezi/Other Sources. Your refund will be done after reducing the service fee of 499.
- In case of property getting rented out from Other Sources during plan validity duration, Customers can claim full refund of the amount by submitting a valid copy of Rental Agreement before plan expiry.
- The rental agreement should match the requirement given to Realezi. Realezi will verify the claim, this may include physical visit of the property premises.
- The rent and deposit amount in the registered rental agreement should be equal or higher than the one given to Realezi relationship manager at the time of plan subscription.
- No refund is applicable if the property is rented out via Realezi or Rent Agreement Submitted( in case of closure via Other Sources) does not match the requirement submitted to Realezi at the time of onboarding.
